Common questions
Do I need any tech skills?
No. We handle the setup and walk you through how everything works in plain language. If you can send an email, you can work with us.
Where does the bot live?
Wherever it makes the most sense for you and your customers. Common options are a chat bubble on your website, your email inbox, or text messages. Paladin, the chat helper in the corner of this page, is a simple example of a website FAQ assistant. We'll talk through what fits your business.
Can it hand off to a real person?
Yes. We can set it up to collect a customer's details and pass the conversation to you, or point people to the best way to reach you directly. You decide when the bot should step aside.
What if it gets something wrong?
AI isn't perfect, so we keep your bot focused on your own information, test it with you before launch, and set it up to say when it isn't sure and offer a way to reach you instead of guessing.
What about my data and my customers' privacy?
Your bot only learns from the information you choose to share with us. Before we build anything, we'll go over what it should and shouldn't know, which services it relies on, and how customer information is handled, so you can make an informed choice.
